Refund Policy

At Konttigo, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

General Refund Conditions

  • A refund request can only be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the eSIM data has been consumed or used.
  • Refunds will not be issued for issues related to device compatibility. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM compatible and network unlocked.
  • No refunds will be provided for connectivity issues caused by local network provider downtime or geographical signal limitations.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • The eSIM could not be installed or activated due to a technical error on Konttigo's side.
  • The data plan purchased was significantly different from the one received.
  • Accidental multiple purchases of the same package for the same device (uninstalled packages only).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The eSIM has been installed and successfully activated on a device.
  • The QR code has been scanned, even if the plan was not fully used.
  • The user provided incorrect information during the purchase process.
  • The user's device is not compatible with eSIM technology.
  • The user simply changed their mind after purchase.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@konttigo.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include your Order ID, Email address, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. If the issue is technical, please provide screenshots of your device's eSIM settings and any error messages.

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
